Raffle Rules

Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County SC, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to building and improving homes for families in need, fostering community development, and providing affordable housing solutions. As a registered 501(c)(3), the organization operates as a tax-exempt entity, meaning donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

  1. Eligibility
  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Participants must reside in the United States, in a state or county where the shipment of bourbon is legal. Entries from residents of Alaska and Hawaii will not be accepted. If a winner lives in a location where shipment is not allowed, Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County SC, Inc. will work with the winner to determine a delivery solution. 
  • Proof of age and residency may be required to claim prizes.
  1. Raffle Period
  • The raffle begins on March 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST, and ends on April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
  • Winners will be drawn on May 4, 2026 on Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County SC, Inc.’s Facebook Live at 4:00 PM ET.
  • Drawing will be held using a digital random number generator corresponding to an entrant’s ticket number.
  1. Tickets
  • Each ticket costs $100 USD.
  • Only 3,000 tickets will be sold.
  • Each ticket is a separate entry and can only win one prize.
  • All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
  • All tickets must be purchased via this website, habitatgvlbourbonraffle.com
  1. Prizes
    Five winners will be selected, each receiving one of the following prize packages:
  • 1st: Pappy Van Winkle 3‑Bottle Package
  • 2nd: W.L. Weller 6‑Bottle Package
  • 3rd: Wild Turkey / Russell’s Reserve Package
  1. Winner Selection
  • Winners will be selected on May 4, 2026 on Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County SC, Inc.’s Facebook Live at 4:00 PM ET and will be notified via email and/or phone.
  • Only one prize per ticket drawn. Once a ticket is drawn, the ticket is ineligible for the award of any additional prize. The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee the receipt of a prize.
  1. Prize Delivery 
  • All bourbon prizes will be shipped by The Bourbon Concierge in Washington, D.C., a licensed third party outside of South Carolina.
  • If a winner lives in a location where shipment is not allowed, Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County SC, Inc. will work with the winner to determine a delivery solution. 
  • Signature of a person 21 years or older may be required upon delivery.
  1. General Conditions
  • All proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County, Inc. to support building affordable housing in the community.
  • By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by all rules for the raffle and all decisions made by Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County, SC, Inc. which are final and binding.
  • Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County SC, Inc. shall not be responsible for any shipping delays, damages, or losses.
  • By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the use of participant’s name, likeness, and statements for publicity without additional compensation.
  • Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County SC, Inc. reserves the right to modify dates, rules, or prizes.
  1. Legal Compliance
  • This raffle complies with all applicable laws and regulations. This offer is void where prohibited by law and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. *IF YOUR STATE, CITY, TOWN, MUNICIPALITY, ETC. DOES NOT ALLOW THE DELIVERY OF ALCOHOL, OR ALLOW ALCOHOL TO BE ACCEPTED AS A RAFFLE PRIZE, NO EXCEPTIONS TO THOSE LAWS, STATUTES, ORDINANCES, RULES, ETC. WILL BE MADE. YOU WILL NEED TO TRAVEL TO A NEIGHBORING STATE, OR TO THE BOURBON CONCIERGE IN WASHINGTON, D.C., TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE, OR ACCEPT ANOTHER PRIZE OF THE SAME MONETARY VALUE.*
  • Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County, SC, Inc. makes no representations as to the tax deductibility of ticket purchases, which may not be tax-deductible.
  • Participants assume all tax obligations related to any prizes received or tickets purchased and Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County, SC, Inc. shall have no responsibility for any state or federal tax obligations.
  • By participating in this raffle, each participant releases Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County, SC, Inc. and each of its respective directors, officers, board members, employees and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, liability for possession, use or misuse of any prize, and each winner agrees to indemnify and hold Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County, SC, Inc. and each of its respective directors, officers, board members, employees and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner’s acceptance or use of any prize.
  1. Refunds
  • All sales are final. 
  1. Publicity
  • By entering, you consent to Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County SC, Inc. using your name, likeness, and statements for publicity without compensation.
  1. Additional Terms
  • Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County SC, Inc. reserves the right to modify dates, rules, or prizes.
